Luella Z. Thompson • September 12, 1922 – May 30, 2017

The movie above is the main movie for Remembering Luella. Two others are below.
Note that these are regular YouTube movies . . . so you can take them full screen using the rectangular control
at the bottom right of any screen. Pause any movie using the inverted equal sign control at the bottom left.
Note that you need to mouse over the movie to see the controls. Enjoy!

The movie just below is about those things that meant the MOST to Luella.

The movie below is currently the last – about a few of the bits & pieces of Luella's life.

Click the Pupface above . . . & see a separate web page (several pages) on the PUPCAKES Party we did for Luella's 93rd!

Thanks for being one of Luella's earliest visitors!

This remembrance will be a work in progress – so please check back here for what promises to be more than you'll see just now.
If you were one of the stalwarts who came to Luella's Remembrance at Shoreline Park on her 95th (9/12/17) – thank you!

And if you have any sentiments to convey, we'll be adding a page for them,
so just send them in a regular E-Mail to Dianna@storyofylife.cc or to Rik@storyofmylife.cc

Anyone who knows Luella knows that one of the happiest times of her life was growing up as a teenager in
Puget Sound, Washington, where she and her horse, Lucky Star roamed the northwest territory,
usually with her loyal dog Skipper in tow. Note the way retouching USED to be done!

Happy with her most favorite message on Valentines Day, 2016.

Here she is – saying goodbye to all of us from her longtime home at 100 Oceano Avenue in Santa Barbara.

Luella's ashes were distributed on a beautiful October afternoon, off the Santa Barbara coast,
per her specific request. Click the boat for pictures of the mission.
